This Belgravia townhouse underwent a complete structural renovation by the Antonio Grano building team, beginning with the reinforcement of a detached rear outrigger and a full strip-back of the interior to its structural frame, enabling the modernisation of all core mechanical and electrical systems before any cosmetic work began. This rigorous approach to the building fabric ensured that the high-end finishes introduced later would be supported by an infrastructure of equal quality, hidden but essential.

The centrepiece of the project was the architectural transformation of the underutilised attic into a duplex-style master ensuite: achieved by raising the roof structure, lowering the floor, and thereby creating a space of generous height and natural light that had not previously existed. A rear extension with a reinforced glass roof terrace then extended the ground floor lounge seamlessly to the outdoors, whilst the garden was excavated and landscaped with new seating, masonry, and planting to complete the connection.
