This ambitious commercial project saw the Antonio Grano studio undertake the complete structural and interior transformation of two neighbouring properties, uniting them into a single, cohesive luxury student campus of 5,250 square feet. A comprehensive structural knock-through connected the two buildings at every level, creating expansive communal spaces, uninterrupted sightlines, and a natural sense of architectural flow. Each intervention was made with the interior scheme already in mind, ensuring that the structural and decorative work arrived at a genuinely unified result.

The interiors were then elevated through an artful layering of mood lighting, bespoke furnishings, and carefully selected materials, each chosen to bring warmth, character, and a standard of finish more commonly associated with high-end residential design. From intimate study spaces to generous social areas, every part of the scheme was developed to balance aspiration with daily practicality.
