City Apartment - Central Scotland

This 1350sq ft lateral purpose-built period apartment underwent a comprehensive strip out and remodeling to provide for the new living space additions and experiences.

The 3-bedroom property involved a comprehensive refurbishment and remodel. This included the replacement of all sash windows, internal doors, and ceilings, as well as the addition of an en-suite bathroom, an illuminated onyx wall feature, bespoke mood lit media creation. Mood up lit coving was featured throughout this award winning property.

The meticulous reconstruction of the property involved retaining and restoring as many previously removed or damaged period features as possible. This included the original coving, skirtings, and fireplace, which were refurbished to include the repair of damaged areas.

The original hardwood flooring was meticulously returned to its previous glory, which formed the basis for the colour palette, features and textures of the property

Upon the completion of the remodelling works, the interior design schedule commenced, utilising bespoke elements that were created as unique pieces on site as features for this incredible space.

The refurbishment and design took the team 8 weeks from concept to completion.
