This 1350sq ft lateral purpose-built period apartment underwent a comprehensive strip out.
All sash windows, internal doors ceilings, and walls of the existing bathroom were removed or stripped back to bare brick or wood. This is before the meticulous reconstruction of the property, retaining or restoring all period features possible.
Once this was completed the interior design schedule commenced, utilizing bespoke new design elements that we created as unique pieces and features for this incredible space.
