Belgravia town house
Complete Renovation, Roof Conversion, Rear Extension& Interior Architecture
2,800 Square Feet
Brief
Comprehensive whole-building structural strip-back, roof conversion, and rear extension across a twenty-eight hundred square foot period townhouse in Belgravia to modernise foundational infrastructure and maximise vertical living volume.
Execution
The studio governed the complete development cycle under a single point of fiduciary accountability. We directed the reinforcement of the detached rear outrigger, complete strip-back to the structural frame, modernization of primary mechanical and electrical infrastructure, raising of the roof structure combined with floor lowering for a duplex master suite, and creation of a reinforced glass roof terrace leading to excavated garden architecture.
Outcome
A distinguished prime central London townhouse combining historical period character with advanced modern engineering. This rigorous structural transformation de-risks heritage building complexities, optimised spatial functionality, and protects long-term capital asset value.
