REFURBISHMENT & BUILDING WORK
Our talented building team are experienced tradesmen that have honed their expertise to provide our clients with nothing less than a quality finish to our Interior Designs within budget. Our roofers, plasterer, bricklayers, electricians, and plumbers work in sync with our ‘Interior Design Team’ to ensure the projects are completed within the set time frame and budgets.
Stage 1. Client Briefing
After initial contact we’ll arrange a meeting at your home to discuss your individual requirements such as lifestyle, vision, budget, style and preferences. We create a new design plan from the ground up by measuring all spaces where we develop a design brief to bring your ideas to. life.
The briefing stage is a critical phase to ensure we capture all of your requirements so that the subsequent processes are both efficient and effective.
stage 2. DESIGN Concept
From the brief we develop sketches, mood boards, scale drawings in 2D and 3D and renderings with design solutions for your consideration. Technical drawings include furniture layouts, lighting arrangements and floor plans.
We also provide you with detailed selections of the furniture, fixtures and fittings for you based on individual project sourcing as well as samples of the proposed materials and finishes. This stage allows you to visualise how your space comes to life.

Stage 3. SOURCING
We use our extensive contacts within the interiors world to source the best furniture and fittings. We then proceed to placing and managing all orders with suppliers and oversee manufacturing of bespoke items (e.g. furniture, joinery, kitchens). All items can be consolidated in our warehouse and be prepared for white-glove delivery and installation.
Stage 4. INSTALLATION & DRESSING
When the design work is completed and all items are installed, we review the overall visual styling and source decorative objects, textiles, houseplants and curate the artwork. These final touches will pull the interior together and complete the overall look. We will then arrange a photoshoot for our portfolio and for your memories.
REFURBISHMENT WORKS
Our home refurbishment service will create new living experiences in areas of your property, that were previously either unused or dated. Transforming your rooms into areas that are fully utilised.
