Antonio's career spans more than three decades of luxury residential and commercial projects. Trained in Italy and shaped by a deep appreciation for European craftsmanship, his aesthetic draws on the timeless principles of Italian design, clean proportion, exceptional materials, and an uncompromising attention to detail, interpreted for the spaces and lifestyles of London's most discerning clients.
The studio's portfolio encompasses grand townhouses in Belgravia, lateral apartments across Mayfair and Marylebone, country estates in Hertfordshire, and commercial commissions ranging from boutique hotels to professional practices. Internationally, Antonio has completed projects in Dubai, Milan, and across continental Europe.
Accredited by the Society of British and International Interior Design (SBID) and a longstanding member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), Antonio Grano's studio operates to the highest professional and ethical standards in both design and construction.
