Brief
Comprehensive structural expansion, loft conversion, and turnkey interior architecture transformation to deliver a two thousand eight hundred and forty square foot remodelled property, to include a remodelled home, to include a newly created, dedicated home office and master suite.
Execution
The studio governed the complete project lifecycle under a single point of clear accountability. We managed structural beam reinforcement, first-floor space repurposing for new stairwell access, architectural insulation, mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades, and bespoke interior fit-outs within an efficient twelve-week development program.
Outcome
An expansive multi-level living environment combining high-performance thermal and acoustic infrastructure with refined interior architecture. This strategic spatial modification optimizes daily functionality while enhancing long-term capital asset value.
