Structural & Interior Renovation

Town House In Belgravia

2400 square feet

This structural renovation prioritized stability by reinforcing a detached rear outrigger and stripping the interior to its frame to modernize all core systems. These essential repairs established a secure foundation for the luxury height adjustments that followed, ensuring the building’s integrity was matched by high-end functionality.

The centerpiece of the remodel involved transforming the underutilized attic into a duplex-style master ensuite by raising the roof and lowering the floor. This architectural shift maximized vertical space and natural light, while clever layout adjustments throughout the property integrated discreet storage and high-performance appliances into the new footprint.

The project concluded with a rear extension featuring a reinforced glass roof terrace that seamlessly connects the interior lounge to the outdoors. To complement this addition, the garden was excavated and professionally landscaped with new seating and masonry, creating a cohesive transition between the sophisticated living areas and the revamped external environment.
