Full structural remodelling, open-plan reconfiguration, and bespoke interior curation of a fourteen hundred square foot central London residence.
Execution
The studio directed the installation of integrated media architecture, wireless technical infrastructure, natural stone wall planes, and hand-applied artisan wall finishes under a single corporate directive.
Outcome
A sophisticated City Apartment residence characterised by material permanence, advanced home infrastructure, and open-plan warmth, creating an asset of exceptional living quality and long-term investment value.
