Full structural strip-back, commercial fit-out, and spatial reengineering of a thirteen hundred and thirty square foot City commercial asset io create a state-of-the-art medical and aesthetics clinic.
Execution
The studio governed the complete project lifecycle under a single point of fiduciary accountability. We executed a total strip-back to bare brickwork, completely renewed core mechanical and electrical infrastructure to clinical standards, integrated American walnut joinery alongside Calacatta Italian white marble flooring, installed custom gold accent detailing, integrated soft ambient lighting frameworks, and fitted out high-grade marble and granite bathroom suites.
