City Apartment — Creation of an Ensuite Bedroom

This London city apartment project gave the Antonio Grano building team the opportunity to add genuine value to an existing property through the creation of a fully functioning ensuite bedroom — a structural undertaking that required both careful planning and precise execution to integrate a new bathroom suite without compromising the proportions or flow of the principal bedroom space.

The ensuite itself was conceived as a private retreat: calm, refined, and finished to a standard that reflects the best of Italian design principle applied to a London residential context. Exquisite natural marble, selected for the quality of its veining and tonal warmth, forms the primary surface throughout. Smooth stone planes are complemented by warm metallic accents, sculptural sanitaryware, and a softly diffused lighting scheme that shifts the character of the room across the day. Every detail was considered to ensure the completed ensuite feels tranquil yet genuinely luxurious — a daily pleasure and a lasting expression of what considered building work, in the right hands, can create within an existing home.
